The best way to describe my own style of work is as Perceptual Art.  To me, every art piece is a journey of trying to express a specific event or point in time through my personal perception, yet creating in such a way that the viewer can perceive what they will.

I believe that the essence of art lies more in the energy it expresses and less in the image it portrays.

I see my paintings not only as individual works, but also as part of a whole, each piece a partial fragment, building forward.
Each a new beginning, adding new dimensions, yet building on the levels created by what has gone before.
In some ways, painting reminds me of climbing a mountain, reaching one peak is just the initiation preparing one to reach the next.

Experiencing the flood of creative energy moving me from one point to the next becomes the pattern of rebirth and renewal in the continuous connecting flow of an "altogetherness".
There is no definite guidelines and directions on this pathway of creating, only a knowing.
It is an adventure where total interaction in the moment of creation allows me to portray that which I feel and understand.
I found that the greatest joy in art lies not in the finished product, but in the almost uncontrolled moments of creation.

Combining my own perception with various techniques, I draw on powerful concepts of close relationships and the integration of all around me in order for my work to become a bridge conveying energy from myself to the viewer.

My art, my life, an ongoing process of exploration.
